ONE DAY WHEN SAM’S DAUGHTER, LOUISE, HANDED HIM A DRAWING SHE WAS BEAMING WITH PRIDE OVER – A RAINBOW PONY UNICORN

Sam was captured by the vibrant colours, the freedom of her imagination and the profound joy it gave him. He tucked the artwork away for safe keeping, but something kept bringing him back to it. Over time, the rainbow pony artwork came to represent something beyond the drawing, something that made Sam feel better every time he looked at it. It came to represent a magical moment in time that he wanted to preserve and amplify and share with others. After talking with his friend Trevor about it, they agreed to see how far they could the idea and several years later, Rainbow Pony was officially launched.

As adults we’re too stressed, too rushed, too busy with responsibilities. The moment we let down our guard and remember what it was like to be a kid, when we didn’t censor our ideas and thoughts, when we didn’t stop ourselves from doodling or following our passions… that’s when the magic happens.
